Nuance (now acquired by Microsoft) is a leading company in the field of conversational AI and ambient intelligence. It has partnered with 77% of U.S. hospitals and 85% of the Fortune 100 companies worldwide. Since 2014, I have collaborated with the Digital Marketing and Digital Technology teams to support a brand redesign, campaign initiatives, and improvement of product and solution pages. In addition, I have worked with development teams to enhance usability within the CMS component library. All of the design work has required proficiency using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
